1. Rental Agreement

By booking gear through Camp in a Box, you agree to our Rental Agreement, which outlines the use, care, and return of all equipment. Customers are responsible for all items during the rental period.

2. Rental Period & Extensions

Rentals are based on the dates selected at checkout. Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before your return date and are subject to availability and additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the rental period are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may not be refunded.

4. Gear Condition

All gear is cleaned and inspected before shipment. Gear must be returned in clean and functional condition. Additional fees may apply for excessive damage or missing components.

5. Delivery & Returns

We offer free delivery within 50 miles of San Jose, CA. For other locations, shipping fees may apply. Returns are made using the prepaid return label included in your box.

6. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at checkout. It will be returned within 5 business days after successful return and inspection of gear.

7. Liability

Camp in a Box is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property during the use of rented gear. Use of all equipment is at your own risk.
