SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Camp in a Box – Adventure Delivered!, we want you to know exactly what to expect when it comes to getting your gear, and what it costs, before you book.

Delivery Zones & Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, so the total you see before booking is exactly what you'll pay. No estimates, no surprises.



  • Free delivery within 50 miles of Ventura, CA.
  • $75 flat rate for deliveries between 51 and 500 miles from Ventura.
  • $125 flat rate for deliveries 501 miles or more from Ventura.


Where We Ship

  • We ship nationwide across the U.S.
  • We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.



What's Included

  • A prepaid return shipping label is included in every order at no extra cost.
  • Simply repack your gear, attach the label, and drop it off at any UPS or FedEx location by your return date.



Delivery Timing

  • Shipping days do not count toward your rental period. You only pay for the nights you're actually camping.
  • Please confirm with your hotel or campsite that they can receive packages before booking, so your gear arrives ready when you do.
